Guys its 11:54 pm in ontario kitchener right now. I just open my portal and see that my pgwp was approved already. Got no eligibility review no approved mail. I also checked at 8 pm but the review not even started but at 11:30 its shows approved

Pgwp are issued from Edmonton or is there any particular ircc?
