GCMS Notes As per the GCMS notes everything is cleared but they hold the decision because my wife is back in India and cant land virtually. Now what should be the next step?

where should i contact for more specific update about my file .I called IRCC via phone and webform but same answer.And my work permit going to be expired soon.

Hello Guys , I have applied for the PR in June 2018 via (paper based application nova scotia)and later on added my wife in April 2019( in India).Medical is done for both and still we do not have any update.Any suggestion would be appreciated. i am June 2018 applicant.
