Hello guys , My parents landed on 21st Aug 2018 at Fort Erie . Still haven't received the card and i am not able to link their application either . Any suggestion .

I did landing at peace bridge . It went well . Please make sure you go between tue-thu 8am -midnight . Rainbow bridge takes only till 8PM

My parents background check status changed to - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. They also have requested IMM5562 for my mom and CV for my dad today. Submitted both document online today .
