Toronto Star (re: NAFTA 2/USMCA): “...no changes related to “TN” visas for professional workers. Canada had wanted the list of eligible occupations expanded, while the U.S. had wanted it reduced; they settled on leaving it the same.”

Medical: Type 1 Diabetes (my experience)

Medical History: Am I eligible? Please help

Perhaps I’m mistaken. I did this last month and My questionnaire was different. It was a series of yes/no questions. The only open ended question was about current prescriptions and past surgeries. Apologies if I got something wrong. I’m only sharing from my own recent experience. Peace.

    PR and Citizenship Doubts

You need to be in Canada as a resident for 3 years. Time as temporary resident counts as half time and can accumulate for up to 1 year. So... if you’ve been in Canada for 3 years, that’d count as 1 year. And let’s say you get your PR this month, you’d be eligible to apply for citizenship in 2...

Medical History: Am I eligible? Please help

Their panel does not ask about Ankylosing Spondylitis. Nor does it ask open-ended questions like "what conditions do you have?" In other words... will stressing out about it help? So, relax and go for it. :-)
