No, it is not needed. You just need your College results/transcripts and IELTS (Academic) report

I guess If you are taking scholarship you will not be eligible to apply for PGWP. Please be aware of that

No, Saudi Arabia isn't my homeland. I am from Pakistan. So to sum up, you recommend getting an employment letter to strengthen the application.
