I received Citizenship Ceremony invite. But when I login to my child's (minor) application, it show nothing as completed.. all shows as in progress. is it normal? do I assume that my child will get the e certificate along with me? plz guide

We are flying to Canada for this interview. I guess if they pass, then they will ask for oath immediately, so we are planning to stay few days for oath , passport etc.
