Were you able to achieve it. ? My wife is in the same boat. Her last name is blank in the passport and first name ( two words) is given name in PR , COPR etc. Now while applying for canadian citizenship we want to split the first name ( again two words) into first name and last name.

Apologies for the confusion. Got the invitation on 1st of May and we went for upfront Medical test on June 1. Finally submitted the document and received AOR on June 22.

ITA 1 May 2019 AOR: 22 June 2019 Medical : 1 June 2019

You will only be required to upload documents(scanned copy) online while applying.

You can use any visa/master cc.
