The timeline varies. There's no trend. My prohibitions and physical presence got updated to Complete on December 8. I received my Oath invitation letter on 15th December. My oath is on 21st December.

I got my Oath Letter Invite yesterday evening. ECAS was updated to show that they have sent a notice on December 14 to appear and take the oath of citizenship. Tracker, however, still shows as Not Started for Citizenship. Oath Ceremony is In-Person on 21st December.
