My file was transferred back to Mississauga in April. No news yet. ATIP says file transferred to Mississauga office for further steps. Not sure what is the hold. Anyone in the same situation?

Does anyone that if the agent has the same info as you get on ATIP report. Last time I contacted CIC, they were able to tell the dates and details of the activity on my file. Just wondering if it is worth requesting ATIP. Thanks.
