Same here, AOR 10 august , medical extended on 11 March and got ghost update on 12 march.

My medical expired last August and we didnt do upfront test. Yesterday we got new update that Medical passed. So I think there is no need to do upfront exam. My AOR is 10 August 2020

My medical expired on July 18 and I got ghost update on July 19 and then status changed to medical not required on July 21. So I guess it shouldn't take much time, probably next week it will show on your portal.
