According to Canada Post - Package was sent at 6:45 pm Friday but i did i was not able to track package until yesterday (October 27, 2019) Depending on the appointment date i can get, i am thinking to go to etobicoke office. If the date is too far away, i will be going to the border.

That is weird. My CoPR was generated the 24th and PP sent off the following day (25th)

Same exact date - sent on Oct 4th and received on the 7th I called them today and was told that they started printing CoPR yesterday. Status is still submitted on mycic

So that's your proof that they received it. If no update by the end of this week (or the latest Monday October 28th) then i will call them.

No need to worry. Did you not get a signature of receipt from Canada Post when they received your passport? They have a lot of passports on hand at the moment so i do not think they will update any information unless they are printing. (My opinion)
