In the process of putting together an inland application and need to know how to fill out and send along an open work permit. How do you fill it all out without it being sent automatically? We want to send it with the package and are a little confused..... Anyone have some helpful advice?

Just a question, how does she get this document? A Certidão de Antecedentes Criminais, issued by the state authority. Contact the state authority directly, using the local directory for assistance. We are not sure how to obtain this one from here in Canada.

If you are in canada, can they be translated in brasil and then mailed? The applicant will be in canada before she asks for the police check, so she would not be able to pick them up in person. Can a family member or someone else do that for her? Also how long does it take to receive from...

How does it work to get your police check done for Brazil doing an outland application from within Canada?

Sad to hear of so many waiting so long....i am leaning towards encouraging the outland process. She will just have to extend her tourist visa, and hopefully they won't need to make the extra trip back for an interview. They do have quite a bit of proof, and really in the end we trust and pray it...
