Hi from all those who have no lawyer and have access to gckey or you receive a email from ircc immigration about survey of immigration and representative work

You receive email from Ottawa or visa office

But my gckey says background check are not started yet While MP says your file transfer to London for processing while London visa office says it’s in Ottawa I call to Ottawa they says it’s in primary office London so I was confused what’s going on while mp also says the same

Which one your visa office Because I win my full hearing on 27 September 2018 submit all the stuff to Ottawa on 27 January 2019 still hear nothing
