You have to apply for ECA first and then further immigration process will start,,,

Pls don't consider such rumors, If its blacklisted then there must be proof of it.

I contacted Pimsat LHR campus and requested them to get it attested and provide sealed envelope, they took 2 weeks and 7000 and provided sealed envelop, moreover I sent my friend to KHI main campus but they refused to provided envelop and said come through your attended campus.

then go ahead but keep in mind 20 weeks, and you don't have any other option also check IQAS

You have both options HEC or University verified transcript, but ppl find uni attestation easy. yes you can send sealed envelop if your uni refuse to send it.

if your degree is from preston kohat then use IQAS as they are accepting it and providing positive ECA, I have seen 2-3 guys already got ECA

Yes, HEC is not attesting PIMSAT degrees and main issue is with their LHR campus, if you did your degree from there then HEC won't recognize it moreover IQAS does not need HEC verification but want to see verified degree/markesheet in sealed envelop by university

still waiting for feedback but looks like no one interested to reply.

I am also on same page and trying to find if someone has done it from IQAS as they are the only option left for ECA, other agencies refused to do so for Pimsat uni.
