Just wait. Last time you were doing an upfront medical. This time cic sent you a request with an ime no. Clinic will upload the results in ircc system with that ime no which will notify the ircc that your ned results have been submitted

You have been given an ime no in med req. Your results will be uploaded according to that ime no by the clinic. You dont need to do anything apart from appearinf for a remed. Cic will get the results by the clinic automatically.
