    Spousal sponsorship

One more ques, if the spouse is a refugee claimant and waiting for hearing date (no updates on the application), do you know how the process works in that case? Does the spouse needs to withdraw the application before getting considered for spousal sponsorship?

    Spousal sponsorship

Can you elaborate welfare/social assistance? I mean the spouse has a job, earns around 35-40k a year (before tax), has children, can sponsor his/her spouse?

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Does this mean the applicant can continue work when H&C application in progress? No need to take any approval from IRCC or any other related parties?

Call in Notice from CBSA for Interview (Refugee Claim Got Refused)

I think that's a foolish thing to do. If you know you can be detained for not attending the interview, how do you miss it. I don't think they will just kick you out after the interview.
