How should we answer this question when we are filling Noi related forms? "Are you working in an occupation that is regulated in Alberta (Not including trades)?" I don't live in Canada and I'm outland. my NOC is 2133 and regulated.

Hello everyone I've recently got NOI from Alberta and now I'm trying to gather my documents. I have one question. Should I submit my high school degree? As in the checklist in the education part, they asked us to show all our degrees. Now my highest degree is master.
