Firstly thanks everyone for your good wishes. Cprak0, coming to your question. I have stayed in Canada (1 single address for 8 months) and USA ( 2 addresses, total duration 3 yrs) Visited Dubai for 5 days as tourist. Had USA work visa from 2 other companies but never had any visit on those visas.

BTW, my visa is dated 25th May 2010 valid upto 21st Dec 2010.

Finally got my visa today. It took me 5 months post medicals to get the visa. It took 5 months for Background checks. Thanks to each and everyone who help me in the forum. And for people waiting for their visa, I would say keep patience thats your best bet. Though it might seem that your case...

No news from embassy. No change in status last week and also no visa from embassy. I don't know what are these guys upto.

I did raise one earlier to which the reply of background checks where in progress, the recent most reply I got was on thursday that background checks are complete and its pending for final review by the VO and if everything is fine visa will be issued. Was just wondering about the visa validity...
