    But I have worked that month 3 week with more than 30hours a week and was absent for 15 days last week. So in my all payslip they count as “calendar days” so if you take a leave on weekend that won’t pay. Hence the case.

    Hi, thanks for your response. For 14 days, it’s a bit of a grey area. So back home if I took a leave on Friday they just cut leave for Sat and Sun too. Now I have worked Mon-Thu 1 week and other 2 weeks Mon-fri. So basically 3 weeks with 30+ hours. But there is no way to prove it this as payslip...
