Yes usually you will get the ITA if you score is above cutoff unless there’s technical problem. if you updated the file in December then your eligibility will change to December. But if your score is above cut off then it doesn’t matter, you will get ITA. It only matters when your score is same...

Score is 490 and submitted in May. No ITA yet, should have got it according to draw to tie breaker.

I would say, just call them first and ask them about progress.

Sometimes it takes more than 6 months. Some people got it after 8 or 10 months. Although no harm in calling to get the update

I went for flagpoling. I am not sure about photos request. They kept photo and copr at the time of flagpoling which was mailed to me with passport.

No you don’t need a visa. And check if there’s any transit bus goes over there or if someone else is going, you can do carpool. You need to carry your copr letters, passport and work permit with you. Tell the border security agents that you are here for flagpoling. They will ask you to go to US...
