I agree with what you said. but what do canadian citizens do who are in other countries for work study. they cant really get marry to a non-canadian or if they do than they have to be apart for 2-3 years while going through a long spouse sponsorship process..

You are absolutely right but the point here is in US work visa is temporary without any obligation of staying in US. So if i loose my job or take a job in Canada, where would my wife go? if they reject the case based on this than it would be totally injust since Canadian citizens are entitles...

Actually, LVO is the one processing the application. Initially, file was processed at ISLAMABAD but then they transferred to London for further processing. As noted, first instruction LVO gave us to send passport to ISLAMABAD but upon our request LVO sent us new instruction to forward passport...

That is the most funny part is that there is no email or letter with passport. May be they have made a mistake in dispatching passport prior to visa issuance. But that is highly unlikely. MP? is that member of parliament? I am in US currently so i am not sure if they will even help,
