Yeah, it might not take that long. It took me 50 days to get the PR card. It basically depends on the VO, officer, and our luck.

Got PR card today. COPR date - May 20th, VO-Etobicoke. PR card GU - 3rd July PR card approved and mailed - 7th July Received in mail - 9th July.(Sydney)

client copy of COPR is signed by the officer not the IRCC copy.

This is normal. A lot of people who got PR cards have their picture status as in review. So, don't bother about the portal picture status.

@sandy3108 Try with birth place matching exactly in passport(city, State)

@Beeakh I'm not sure if they are processing in COPR issuance date sequence. Mine is May 20th COPR(VO: Etobicoke) and PR card got approved yesterday.

Nice!!, I have seen people from VLU VO getting cards sooner after the COPR.

@paontario Yeah, I applied for OHIP in service Ontario being in the location physically. Looks like all the service Ontarios don't do it. Please check and book an appointment online.

@zestyclose90210 @sandy3108 If you are not successful with linking your pr card application by following the place of birth in COPR, try to match it with passport(including cityname, state).

@mstefan Please don't get carried away by comparing your case with your friends' cases. Please be patient. It took me a month to get a portal email after all my steps passed. You'll get it soon !!

@nhivu I have seen many people in this forum creating the portal login on their own instead of waiting for IRCC to create it. And they got COPRs. So, don't worry about that. You need to log in to the portal and see if your application appears as I heard people who signed up on their own haven't...
