Just wanted to know for future refrence who is allowed to link the application to gckey. Are the sponsor or the applicant allowed? What if they have a representative? Which UCI to use to link it, PA's UCI?

Maybe they are asking for updated police certificate? And maybe they are asking you to correct or complete that form as thre should be no gaps between the dates.

Did you submit it before as part of your application? Are they asking you to resbmit it or they are asking you to provide updated police check and complete/correct the Shedule A?

I've seen inland spousal applications returned due to missing zip codes in IMM 5406, particularly for Canadian or US addresses. I wonder if this happens to outlan applicants too.

So far, no. From what I observed, they normally ask outland to resubmit. But again, depends on the officer handling the application. Seems like frequent returned application due to zip codes happens to Inland applicants.
