As I mentioned if there are 2 dates on the certificate, both dates should have the worth to them, If i submit the application before the 12 April date and receive the AOR then I should be safe? right? Thanks everyone, iSaidGoodDay Taran D mr.preetsingh

Thank you, this is helpful! But when I called the Hospital they said bring the Visa Letter, when I explained they said we can do it and then you would need to call the Immigration to update and attach to your profile, so I was confused.
