Should I renounce my current Pr & apply again with common law? What are the chances that would work?

So if we were married it still would not make a difference to sponsorship?

But we weren’t legally recognised as common law at the time I applied for PR so technically we weren’t declared as common law until we signed the declaration right?

He’s currently overseas, so even an Outland sponsorship program is not going to go through?

Can it be updated after landing?

If your spouse is overseas & you are sponsoring them, can they come to Canada to work whilst waiting for PR to be approved?

Hi there, During my application & approval I submitted as single while I had a boyfriend. We lived together for over a year but never officially signed common law declaration. After I was approved PR we both signed common law declaration- do I need to update CIC? Any help would been great! Sarah
