Hiya, I learnt from some online instruction saying that the primary office is only responsible for issuing the portal mail and the PR cards to applicants, whilst the secondary office takes charge of processing and approving their applications. Is it true?

AOR 05 March still waiting. I am definitely amongst those in the minor group (20%)...

Thanx mate. May I ask when you ordered the GCMS notes and how long it took to get them? My request on 22 Aug has been unanswered and I do not know what happened. It really freaks me out.

Yes, early morning I got the email from CIC saying they guys were still working on my application. Maybe it was the reply to our previous inquiry via the Webform, I guess.

No. My last GU was on 07 Oct, probably some system glitch.

By this Friday I will have been waiting for 8 months. No idea about what has happened to my application. No answer to my phone call. No reply to my email. No reply to my inquiry thru the webform. No reply to my order for the GCMS notes.

I think IRCC really needs to change its definitions for a complex application.

It is really unfair. So far as I know, some guy ordered the GCMS notes on 30 Aug, and got them on 05 Oct. Are our requests being handled by different agents, or different offices?

Seems the reasons why our applications for PR cannot be finalizing within 7 months may be 1. We have dependents outside Canada 2. Our cases are addressed by Ottawa or somewhere else which is well known for low efficiency and incompetence ....
