pls put Select: 1.identification type: UCI 2. UCI number: 99999999 3. surnmae/family name: try al possible combination if it doesnt work. most of the time first name as per pasport works 4. put DOB 5. Country BANG! Welcome....

THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. While login, use your first name as per passport and it should work. one of my friend had the same query and it worked. good luck
