I sent via courier - DHL. How about you which address you sent?

34 months is really long. Atleast they ask for updates. Kindly send webform and they will reply on the status.

I think the reason most applicants did not receive temporary AOR is because of the address. As my wife also did not receive temp AOR like other candidates. Our application reached NS 6th April 2020

Above address is correct. But they have another address for courier only as stated below, I sent my application in below address If you are sending the application by a courier service, use the following address (no public drop-offs): Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Self-employed...

I have seen so many candidates received temporary but I am still waiting and my application reached last year in April. I will wait few more days may be something good is coming
