    Hi. If you applied on 26th Sep, the consulate must have received it from BLS in the next 2 business days or so (say 29th or 30th sep). That's when it starts showing "Processing at CG" on BLS site while OCI tracker (ociservices.gov.in) shows "Pending". From what I have seen, it takes 3-4 weeks...
