We are in the same waiting boat. Applied in start june. Got SA, medical, AOR2, BGC all in about 5 months. We applied for tourist visa and got it. I (the sponsor ) moved to Canada and got a place and a job, and my wife (the applicant) came with me. We are together but the wait is still difficult...

She is adjusting decently well. We made sure to bring her poop tray and bowl along. But two months in , she is eating better food and her behaviour is different too. She used to be shy but is more adventurous now haha.

It's really easy! Do not go through an agent. It's a waste of money when you are expected to do alot of things by yourself. So India has more requirements of exporting a pet than Canada has import requirements. This is the list provided by Mumbai quarantine department . Canada only...

Hey how was your experience? Our cat's paperwork is in order and she is flying with us in cabin . Did they take your pet for inspection as soon as you got off the flight and did you collect them after immigration? Just wondering how long she will be away from us as she is quite timid and scared.
