So we wont have to send in my fiance's passport? We will just get COPR and then he can land?

ECAS changed to DM sometime between Nov 4 and today! We were in Mexico and unable to check but we got DM!! Yay!! When should we expect the PPR?? It will go to PA email correct? YAY! Can someone update spreadsheet to reflect this? Also is it normal for ECAS to update before GC Key?

Our app updated to Background check "In progress" on October 22nd. However, Review of Eligibility still says "Review in progress"- is this normal? Would they be working on 2 different sections at the same time?
