Hey guys, Do we need to attach the pdf enclosed with the first email from IRCC PR confirmation portal when we are sending them our info such as name, uci, email, original entry date, etc.?

But I applied for PR through Express Entry last year. I got my biometrics done on Oct 15, 2020 and my account even states the expiry year for my biometrics as Oct 2030. I don't know why I have to do it again if my current one does not expire yet.

Can someone please help/guide me here?
