I'm outland and the GCMS note indicates primary VO Singapore. Saw the programme assistant noted in Feb 2021 R10 OK recommendation pending PC. Singapore VO noted in Apr 2021 PC received via online. No movement thereafter.

Received my GCMS note today and noted the application hasn't been touched since Apr 2021. Status as per signature.
