Can we give another email address ? Other than the one used during the application.

The form was submitted successfully as we received the reference number. There is no mail in the junk folder as well. VFS guys dont respond on phone or Twitter. Would it be a good idea to fill a new webform as it's almost a week now?

Hi My parents submitted the passport submission webform on 20th July and till today they haven't received the payment link. Anyone in same boat. Earlier by mistake they missed the payment link on 19th july and refilled the web form on 20th July! Thanks

How to we reach to IRCC for approved visitor visas but unable to submit passport in India?

Hi everyone, Once again the VFS VAC are closed in India since 1st May 2021. I have received passport submission letter which is valid for 30 days and it expires in 10 days. What would happen if vfs doesnt reopen by then?should I inform IRCC about it?
