I am hopeful with 368 Points.. will again try for ielts 8 bands in listening to get 438 points.

I believe it is correct. because master here in pak is a sixteen years education while in canada 16 years is a bachelors.. My question is whether in my EE Profile i should say that I am bachelors only or should i say that i am having two or more certificates, diploma one of which is of 3 years...

Yes it says master from a recognized university. Canadian equivalency is 4 years bachlors
