Thanks emanager I should mention the time lines too. I got nominated in Dec 2013 and submitted my federal file in Feb 2014 and got file number 11th march 2014. Don't know how long federal gonna take to process the file. Anyone have any idea?

File submitted in oct 2011 without job offer letter and got additional document request this week. Asking to refill support of affidavit, code of conduct, updated fund statement, and birth certificate.

I have submitted 2 files one in May 2011 and another one in october 2011. May 2011 file got nomination and now that file is sitting at on the federal desk, dont know how long they take. But October 2011 file is sitting at the provincial level still, havn't got anything expect a file number.

I submitted a file in oct 2011 and all I got is File number so far. Its been 25 month now. I called in to SINP office yesterday and all they said is file is in progress and you will hear something soon. Upon asking about how much time its taking for the family cases she said 22.5 months max...

Additional documents were IELTS and code of conduct, background form, and IELTS for overage dependent child.

Finally after waiting 28months got SINP nomination on a family class application. Submitted file on 12-may 2011 got additional request in March 2013, then Ielts in april, another Ielts for overage dependent in june and nomination in September.

I applied in may 2011 and now they requested IELTS general for principle applicant and also for overage dependent who will be turning 22 next month...And he is already studying in Canada on student Visa. Also they havn't started processing files submitted in October 2011.

I got additional docs request in March for family case applied in May 2011. submitted those documents and till today no response back. Still waiting....happy waiting...

I have submitted my file in May 2011 and since then whenever I call them the only response I got is your file is under process. Its been 21 months now..still waiting...
