Checked ECAS sponsor says decision made but PA still in process but we got an email a few days ago. Thats why I say don't rely on ECAS and MYCIC they don't update it regularly.

No it is not visa exempt.

No, it still says "In process" in ECAS. I didn't use MyCiC so I don't know. We already sent her passport to visa office in Kiev. Honestly, ecas and mycic is a bullshit. It doesn't work properly at all. I would recommend you to not rely on ECAS and MYCIC at all. Good luck!

Maybe, on ECAS is still in process but we get an email requesting passport and photos for passport. We are really happy because it past only 4 month and we have DM.
