If H1B expired then and I140 approved can a person apply for transfer and extension without H1B lottery ? Or it has to be applied through fresh H1B process?- SachinShukla

Thank you for your response, however, if His/Her I-140 was approved, can He/She apply for H1B extension? Also if the same person wants to change the Job Role, is it possible or need new LCA?- SachinShukla

An Indian person was working on H1B VISA and got approved I-140. Then he moved to Canada and got Canadian Citizen. Q- Can he come back to the USA on the same H1B extension? Q- can he continue the same I-140 for green card processing?- SachinShukla
