Yes, you can move and send a webform to update the COR. I did the same, I moved to AU

Hold on my friend. Eventually they have to process all the applications, but looking at how the processing is going on, there is no definite timeline. I advise you to go on with your life and plans. You should not put faith in any Country, put faith in yourself and carry on.
