I had my medical on October 23, 2012 and sent RPRF on November 1, 2012 but still I did not heard any thing from LVO, even though they did not send me any receipt or acknowledge about my RPRF payment.... Is this normal?

What about one traveling from Saudi Arabia? Since my pakistani driving license is expired long time back and I don't have Pakistani internal license. Is Saudi valid driving license can fulfil this objective? Is someone have any experience from Saudi Arabia NOC?
