You have a Final Decision date ? I got BVL too... waiting for PPR....APPLIED 27TH FEB, BVL 28TH MAY.......3 months exact -

So maybe becoz of PR it is delayed..the only common between me n u is we have PR in process I had pr in process when i applied trv on 28th feb..got my bowp on 27th feb....pr still in process -
