Congratulations! I applied for a TRV for my sister (I am a Canadian Citizen). TRV filed May 2022, application approved Aug 2022. She didnot have a prior visa to travel to USA or Canada.

I did apply for my sisters TRV from Pakistan. She was going to attend my wedding in Canada, Applied in May 2022, Visa approved Aug 21 2022. So applications do get approved from Pakistan just need to have a strong application ad hope for the best.

I would highly recommend you call the cic call center. They will send a note to the immigration office asking for an update, then the officer has to look at your file and come back with a response. This should be enough to bring your application back in line, and you will hear about the test.

Test passed OCT 17 2019, Decision made Oct 18.. Waiting for Oath. Hopefully it will be soon
