That was quick. I applied for my Dady in June & just yesterday he passport request.

Every country u r applying from have different timeline. Check processing of ur country u applied from on IRCC website.

If u qualify then i would say go supervisa otherwise visit visa but u can apply both.

Same story with Australian Visa. Applied last yr in Deb but was missing a document. I submitted then it all slow down coz of COVID. Got it after 10 months.

Yes very recently, i just send them valid Australian visit visa & a return ticket of Australia & told them that before i visit Australia i will visit Canada if visa is geanted.

I applied from Pakistan.

I got no email at all other then a biometric validity letter & now an email for passport request.

Today i finally got passport request. Timeline: Applied: June 12 Biometric: was done last year with no decision on Visa Submission conformation: July 05 Biometric validity letter: Oct 20 Passport request: Oct 27.

Applied on June 12 for my Father. Bio-Matrix was already done last yr & application laps after. Today got an email saying that your Bio-Matrix is valid. Is my application going somewhere or it is just another email & i just wait again??

Hello everyone, Does anyone know how to submit additional documents. I have already applied for visit visa for my dad. Now i am trying to add some supporting documents fto the application but I don’t see any option of adding more documents. Could someone plz help? Thank you

I hope we will get the replies soon as they have a new task force to get the visa process faster.

Please share your timeline. My dad’s from Pakistan Applied June 12 Biometric was done in Feb 2020 but never got any result on that application so applied again as per CIC instructions.

Applied: 12 june Biometric: Was done in 2019 & application never had a decision.
