Is it the same rule either going through land boarder and air travel. I am planning to take flight and just want to know if its same situation and i can just get through new Canadian passport and show I797 (which was tagged with Indian passport)

Hello - I know its old thread though i am in similar situation. Can you please let me know what you have done and worked. I am planning to get my Canadian passport while in Canada itself. is there any issues coming back to USA on H1B which was initially tagged with Indian passport.

Hi Coolusa, I am in similar situation. can you please share your experience. I am wondering how my spouse can H4 stamped once H1 is just sending documents. or will they allow H1 holder as well to get interviewed and do it all together if both appears to consulate.

Except Niagra falls bridge..can go to other places any day in week. struggled 2 time Niagara falls bridge and was denied due to they had enough applicants for the day. If you can drive, would suggest to drive Sarnia, Windsor or 1000 island. Niagra falls bridge are too busy and mostly will return...

But I am in Canada already and CEC Inland applicant. do i still get visa?

Just checked the profile, its showing approved with Counterfoil document. Passport was delivered on 9th OCT. any idea about his counterfoil document?
