You should go in person, there should be some documentation like your phone number, email and Home address you will drop at Visa collection center.

I applied on 12th July, No response also. I have a visitor visa already. Currently I am in Canada waiting for the permit. If I got approval, I have to visit USA and receive my permit while re-entering Canada. The delay is too much to Nigerians now.

The only help is to wait for their decision.

Yes they don't owe us anything but a timely decision-making. Approval or refusal at the appropriate Time would make one to plan, Canada is not the only Country to live.

That is their normal response, it doesn't help anything. You just have to keep on waiting, when the time comes, it will be out. We all are waiting.
