Unfortunately I have not got my ppr till now. I am still in ip2 status for months.

I believe you have to find your way to improve your score. You are 80 points away from the recent invitation score (440).

My status changed to IP2 the same day as you on Aug 28 and yet PPR till now. I check my email including SPAM folder everyday while there is no ppr email.

It is hard to say will the score go up or down.

The stream only opened for a few days last year (I think it was July 2017) and then never open again since now. I think it will rarely open again.

Not yet. Still in IP2. The problem is I have submitted all the document for adding new dependent 2 months ago but my baby has not been added yet!

Congratulate that it makes progress on your case. I sent requests to add my new born daughter to my application 46 days ago while there is no feedback so far.

Similar situation as mine. Got AOR in Mar and IP2 in Aug. Waiting for ppr.

You may write a letter in CIC to inform that you would like to add your new born baby as dependent in your PR application. Then the officer will ask you to provide a list of required document (forms, birth certificate and passport, etc...) for adding new dependents.
