Hi everyone I am about to apply for Fall 2016 intake for M.Eng(Mechanical) Kindly suggest universities where my profile would have a chance 10th: 85%, 12th: 80% B.E(Mehchanical): 68% IELTS: 7.5 (L-8.5, R-8, S-7, W-6.5)

Applied for paper based at Chandigarh VFS on 16th Nov. Got the visa stamped on 25th Nov. Got my passport back on 27th

Hi Meet, I think that the only reason for rejection was the program you chose. As you've already completed BTech, you must choose a post graduate diploma program, not a simple diploma(post secondary)

Yes, the program is relevant to mechanical. Cant say much about its scope though, Lambton Toronto campus is quite small. Infact its just one building. I would rather suggest you to consider the programs at sheridan or conestoga.

Thanks for the reply mead. I did apply for a few universities for jan intake but unfortunately I could not get into any. Consequently, don't want to risk time here waiting for another 8 months with no guarantee if i'll get into any university.

Honestly, I would advise you to retake IELTS and if not possible in Jan, try May intake. Because even if you get accepted in any college with this IELTS score, you might face difficulties in getting the visa. So, it'll be best if you retake IELTS. I'm sorry I'm not aware of this backlogs...

Re: Acceptance in ontario college Hello The reason for rejection might be your low IELTS score. You need to improve your IELTS overall score to 6.5 and score a minimum of 6 in each band.
