    I also forgot the DOB and name in my initial application but submitted a web form right the next day with the complete photo… they said they would forward the photo to the officer

    I did forget to include my name and DOB on the back of the photo... I quickly submitted this through the webform and got a response five days later that it will be forwarded to the responsible officer for their consideration... hoping this avoids the application to be returned...

    I was just wondering about this resubmission... did you just have to upload a new photo, or did you have to complete a completely new application, where you had to fill out everything again and upload all the documents again... or did you only have to upload the new photo and submit it?
