Every year ako umuuwi sa pinas at nagrerenew ng visa..itatawag mo lang sa hotline tapos pipickupin nila docs mo after 1 week ibabalik na sayo with new re-entry visa. Kailangan mo lang: work permit, letter from employer(stating that you're on vacation),75$ bankdrft (pwede rin sa pinas), passport

If you are skilled worker you can apply for spousal work permit for your wife and student visa for kids.

My 2 1/2 was just "pilot project or low skilled". Do I need to wait for a certain period of time as a supervisor(skilled) to become elligible to apply for PR? how many months? years? Thank you so much!
