No. The one's who get the ITA get 600 points immediately but PR is finalized after their docs are verified. But all BC PNPs are not aligned with express entry. Out of the 500 that they gave on the 5th , 161 are from the EE pool, the other they take from other applications which are made to them...

I think they are just delaying the draw to avoid massive fall in CRS points from one draw to another. Its pretty hard to get points above 415-420 until u tick all the right boxes esp. with the language test. So may be they want the CRS fall to be steady and not abrupt. I think we should expect a...

Dear, For CLB 10 u need L-8.5, R-8, S & W - 7.5. This is gonna increase ur Language points. L-8, Rest 7 will not help. Please do self research as well. It will help u to understand things more clearly.

They just need the transcripts. I dont think that it being from 2013 is a problem unless there has been any material changes in it after 2013.
